Murray Booking Photos Under Minnesota Law
A booking photograph is an image taken for identification in connection with an arrest. Minnesota Statutes section 13.82, subdivision 26 classifies that photograph as public data unless the agency temporarily withholds it after deciding that access would adversely affect an active investigation. Public status does not require Murray County to create or maintain an online mugshot gallery.

Third-party pages may copy photos, retain old entries, or attach the wrong image to a similar name. They are discovery leads at most. No commercial mugshot publisher is an official Murray County record, and no commercial source is linked here.
