Privacy Notice

This Privacy Notice describes information associated with visits to Murray County Released Inmates, including details visitors submit, technical data collected during a visit, and information sent to outside services. It also explains how those details are used, when another party may receive them, and the choices available to visitors. The notice applies to the site itself, not to Murray County, the Sheriff's Office, Minnesota corrections systems, courts, federal locators, or search providers reached through a link. Using the site means accepting the practices described here.

Information Visitors Submit

Terms Entered in Search

A name, location, or other detail entered in a search tool is transmitted to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Murray County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider receives the query so it can return its results, and that provider's own privacy terms govern its handling of the submitted information.

A message may include the sender's address and any details the sender chooses to provide. Contact messages are not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is legally required.
